I’m A Collection of Every Sound I’ve Heard is a sonic journey of remembrance—an acknowledgment that we are a collection of every sound we've ever heard, including those that predate home (Haiti). Every ancestral echo, lost one, ceremony I've witnessed, and conversation that has manifested is woven into this work. It serves as a reminder that while time is relative, memory is not.

Akia Dorsainvil, also known as Pressure Point, is an event producer, DJ, and transdisciplinary artist based in Miami, FL. Dorsainvil is the founder of Masisi, an art collective, and Masisi Radio, both dedicated to amplifying the contributions and talent of Black queer artists across the diaspora. Their work centers performance, sound design, and film, creating platforms that celebrate and expand the landscape of queer diasporic expression.
